We collect the minimum, hold it briefly, and watch nothing.
Only what you submit: an access request or a message, with whatever contact details you chose to include. The anonymous channel exists precisely so that, if you prefer, we collect nothing at all.
Messages are encrypted in your browser before they reach us and are stored only in encrypted form, on infrastructure in the European Union. They are deleted once actioned. Access requests are held for the life of the invitation they produce.
No analytics. No cookies beyond the single session cookie that keeps an invited visitor signed in. No advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, no sharing, no selling, and no profiling. Our fonts and every other asset are served from our own systems.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page or by encrypted email, and we will answer within a month. Residents of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have corresponding rights under their national data protection laws, and we honour them in the same way.
Titan Sphere is operated from the United Kingdom. This notice is a plain-language summary; the governing version, including the lawful bases on which we process personal data, is available on request.
